According to the guidelines set by the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, (CSP), all initial consultations must now be done virtually.

Therefore, in order to book in, please email me to arrange an initial video consultation, and from there we can make a plan to move forward. These appointments are available most weekdays, for £40 for a 1 hour consultation.

In order to keep everyone safe, I will be aiming to continue to offer online sessions as much as possible. These online sessions include looking at your posture and movement, and looking at the movement and stability of your pelvis. Treatment includes the teaching of self care strategies including self release of the pelvic floor, scar massage and appropriate stretches. I may also ask you to self-map your pelvic floor (after the session, not during.) I will give you guidance on this if it is needed.

Over the weeks of lockdown, I have discovered that by teaching women how to find and self treat their own pelvic floor tension, and self release their own pelvic floor scars, women have been able to find more empowerment over these issues.

The lockdown has been a rocky road for us all, and we need to move out of it carefully and cautiously.

Once we have had an online consultation, if it is appropriate for you, we can move on to face-to-face sessions.

These will be at 4a Green Road, meanwood, Leeds, LS6 4JP.

These sessions cost £65 for an hour, and at the moment will only be available after a video consultation, in keeping with the guidance from the CSP.

Please email me to arrange an initial video consultation, on info@annacrowle.co.uk

"I have now had 4 sessions and I can honestly say that I feel like a different person. The prolapse has lifted, I can't feel it dragging, I can now sit down and stand up for long periods of time when I couldn't before."
